I only suggest it for quick trips or short-time vacations where the zone matters more than the look/benefits. I know makes little sense but, because it is centric you can move faster and with lesser jam than other areas.
Helpful People. This is an old hotel in the heart of El Centro Mazatlán. It's remarkable for its incredibly high ceilings. Staying in a room, at least the one I was in, is what living in a tower must be like. In accordance with the cubic feet to blow, the ceiling fan has the power and sound of an airplane propeller. The air conditioner was capable of keeping the room cool during the incredibly hot days I was in Mazatlan. There were sufficient electrical outlets, and there was a desk and chair. An attached silo with skylight is the bathroom. The best aspect of this hotel is the usual night desk clerk while I was there. He is smart, capable and honest. If everybody running a Mexican hotel were like him, touring in Mexico would be very delightful, each hotel would live up to its claims.
